MITER provides substantial support to teaching and learning and for Professional or Executive Development through its Centers. In tandem with the key objectives of the National Teacher Policy (2019), the all MITER centres are set up to support the MoES through the Department of Teacher Education Training and Development (TETD) to operationalize the Continuous Professional Development Framework by developing and implementing different CPD programs and providing the MoES with evidence-based data on teacher education performance gaps.
