MITER supports specialized graduate training (Masters and PhD students as well as Post-doctoral training) especially in the fields of Teacher Education (Pre and Primary), as well as in Emerging Educational Technologies. Whenever funds are available, MITER calls for competitive research proposals from PhD and Masters students in the field of teacher education, wishing to conduct innovative research in any of its (MITER’s) thematic research areas. See section 4.0 above for the MITER’s thematic areas of research. MITER has a modest budget for master’s and PhD level research included in its Midterm budget.
