This course introduces you to different concepts of child growth and development. As educators, it is our responsibility to understand the stages of child growth and development in order to create effective learning experiences for our pupils. In this course, you will learn about the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional milestones that children go through from infancy to adolescence. You will also learn how these milestones impact learning and behavior in the classroom. By gaining a deeper understanding of child growth and development, you will be better equipped to support the academic and personal growth of your pupils. By the end of this course, you will have a solid foundation in child growth and development, and be able to apply this knowledge in your own classroom. You will also be able to recognize when a child may need additional support or intervention, and be able to work collaboratively with parents and other professionals to ensure their success.
